Featuring over 200 meticulously crafted illustrations, this beautifully illustrated volume highlights the artistic and technical evolution of visual storytelling in community planning, architecture, and real estate development.

The Art of New Urbanism, co-authored by Charles Bohl and James Dougherty, features many of the Seaside Institute Fellows and Seaside Prize Winners.

The University of Miami School of Architecture has donated The Art of New Urbanism books so that 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Seaside Institute.
